01 · The rooms
The vote that changes your week happens in a room you are not in. Florida decides things in public, in 67 counties at once. FP+ records meetings live across the state, from the Legislature and state boards down to city councils, school boards and water districts, and writes down every word. Every one becomes a transcript you can search. When the Legislature is in session, that includes the committee rooms.

02 · The record
You are in a client meeting in Tallahassee. Two hundred miles away, a county commissioner says your client’s name. Your phone buzzes with a link to the quote.
